Sima Menora, Founder
Sima Menora founded DROR in memory of her beautiful daughters, Rikki and Racheli, ז"ל.
She is currently pursuing a doctorate in psychology while working closely with the fantastic DROR team towards DROR's continued development. Sima's motto is "if you can dream it, you can do it!"
Noa Reznikov, Tutoring & Programming Coordinator
Noa holds a Bachelor's in Social Work from Tel-Hai. She has worked in a dorm with young women at risk in בקעת הירדן.
She loves art, travel, nature and interacting with people. Her goal is to build connections, relarionships, new pathways, and trust between students.

Our tutors are 12th graders or post-high school students, who have grown up in the Bet Shemesh area. They facilitate between the students and school counselors, develop programming for their own group, and maintain a personal relationship with each student.
